Embroidery

The embroidery process begins with digitizing, the act of recreating your design using stitching. This process involves creating a computerized embroidery disc which can be read by embroidery machines to reproduce your logo accurately time and time again. There is a one off charge for creating this disc and the price varies dependant upon the size of the logo and the intricacy of the design.
Your design is applied to garments using an industrial embroidery machine, which usually embroiders 12 garments simultaneously. Embroidery sewing charges are based on the number of stitches in a design since stitches equal machine time. The number of colours in an embroidery designs are not a cost factor.

Our minimum order for embroidered garments is 12 as we operate 12 head machines.

Monogramming

Individual names embroidered to the front or back of garments at a height of 10mm will be £2.00 each (ex VAT) with a maximum of 23 letters including spaces.
